Service Description
For those who've previously had a Consultation with us but who have hit a bump in the road and require some further advice. How it works: • Book this service (picking any 5 minute timeslot*). • Email us: katie@tendertots.co.uk with a brief summary of how things are going and what issues you are experiencing. • We will respond to your email with a few questions. *this service does not include a zoom consultation. It is an email only service. You will receive: • a detailed email response with advice & suggestions to help you get over your current hurdle. • a week's Whatsapp Support
Cancellation Policy
• We (Miss Sleep) reserve the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of us cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred. For Sleep Consultations & online Baby Massage Sessions • If the Sleep Consultation is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply: o Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded o 24-48 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded o More than 48 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client For Baby Massage Sessions (in person) Cancellations within a week of classes starting are non refundable Cancellations before a week will be fully refunded
