Perfect for: • Anybody who is unsure how our services work and those who have never worked with a sleep consultant. • Discussing goals and realistic expectations and establishing a plan of action to improving your little one's sleep. • Working out which of our plans will work best for you. • Saying 'hello' and seeing how friendly and supportive we are.
Cancellation Policy
• We (Miss Sleep) reserve the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of us cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred. For Sleep Consultations & online Baby Massage Sessions • If the Sleep Consultation is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply: o Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded o 24-48 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded o More than 48 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client For Baby Massage Sessions (in person) Cancellations within a week of classes starting are non refundable Cancellations before a week will be fully refunded
