This is the ‘handholding support’ you’ve been looking for, to get sleep SORTED! This package offers personalised, evidence-based solutions, based on the needs of YOU and YOUR FAMILY. We support you from start to end via regular Zoom calls and Whatsapp messages (or email if you’d prefer) and, TOGETHER we work towards your end goal. Our extensive knowledge, which we share with you, will equip you with greater understanding on the fundamentals of infant sleep, to help you in the future should you encounter any further sleep issues. Perfect for: • Those with little ones aged 12 weeks - 6 years, who would benefit from a ‘hand-holding’ approach to getting sleep sorted. • Those who're struggling with their little one's sleep routines, naps, habits or self-settling and require an in-depth analysis and ongoing support. What's included: • An hour Zoom call where we'll discuss your baby's sleep diary & questionnaire (week 1) • Two 30-minute Zoom Check-in during weeks 3 and 5 to smooth out any issues and discuss progress/next steps. • A personalised Sleep Plan reflecting and supporting our discussion (this will be edited after each Zoom call to reflect progress made and next steps). • The opportunity to ask questions via email or WhatsApp throughout the 6 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

• We (Miss Sleep) reserve the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of us cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred. For Sleep Consultations & online Baby Massage Sessions • If the Sleep Consultation is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply: o Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded o 24-48 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded o More than 48 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client For Baby Massage Sessions (in person) Cancellations within a week of classes starting are non refundable Cancellations before a week will be fully refunded
